The cable television series closely follows the multiple storylines of the A Song of Ice and Fire series, and author Martin said the script for the pilot program has been very faithful to his work.Located in seven kingdoms of the West Eros, where "decades of long summers and winters can last a lifetime," Game of Thrones chronic violent dynastic struggles between noble families of the kingdom to control the Iron Throne,as the series opens, additional threats from the snow and ice covered region north of Westeros and from the eastern continent across a narrow sea are simultaneously beginning to rise. Game of Thrones season 1 DVD is hot on sale.

Q1: Is the Game of Thrones series fun to watch or read?

Is it worth to watch? Someone said it is awesome, What are your opinions about the series?

A1: Fantastic acting! I think. What is popularly known as the Game of Thrones dvd seriesis actually called The Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin and is the basis for the HBO television series called Game of Thrones which is the title of the first book. The series is highly exciting and is filled with court intigue, suspense and action. Set in medieval times, it incorporates themes of fantasy and magic to what is usual in Arthurian stories.

Q2:Who is your favourite character from the Game of Thrones TV Series?

A2:Peter Dinklage, who won an emmy for his performance as Tyrion Lannister in the first season of the show talked about some of the challenges of the series as well in a recent LA Times interview. “There’s so much pressure to, in terms of this genre, make it bigger. There’s all this talk about, ‘We want more battles!’ and there’s so many fan sites.” Dinklage said. And his playing Tyrion Lannister is hands down the best actor of an excellent ensemble, having taken home a little golden statue to prove it, and the Imp's character is oddly similar to that of Stephen Colbert, host of the Colbert Report. According to the image, both them are "Often underestimated as a joker, too cool for the job, would probably freakin' rock at it." Good, that sounds about right.

Q3: Would you recommend Game of Thrones?
I saw something about it on the internet and I'm wondering if it's worth watching. Anyone here watch it? If so, do you recommend I give it a try?

A3: Other Than True Blood, also from HBO,  HBO unveiled its latest lavish drama last night. Considering the push it’s been given, it was hard to like Game of Thrones, but the finished product was way better than anticipated. It was like Dynasty with zombies.

All in all, HBO has done a wonderful job making this first book (Game of Thrones), into a first rate TV series. My favorite, recommended!

Q4: When does the Game of Thrones season 2 comes out?

A4: It was picked up for a second season on April 19, 2011,which started airing on April 1, 2012.
