1. Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the product(s) if they are complete and in their original packaging and state within 14 days after delivery for a full refund.

 

2. Damaged Items

If the product is damaged or incomplete, please let us know. If some of the discs or cases are broken we can send you replacements for whatever was damaged during shipment. Please allow at least 14 working days for a replacement item to be sent to you, If you have not received your replacement item within 30 days please contact our customer service team on boxsetstore.service@gmail.com

 

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will normally show on your online statements in 3-4 days. If you have not received your refund within 7 days, please contact our customer service team on boxsetstore.service@gmail.com

 

Please note: If an item is returned because of an invalid address or you changed your mind about your purchase, shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be refunded minus the original shipping costs that were incurred to ship the item to you.
